6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including but not limited to the software source code, algorithms, nesting optimization engine, multi-store comparison logic, user interface design, branding, trademarks, and documentation — are exclusively owned by ASToneTech / Nilufar Creations and are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international intellectual property laws.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Actions

• Copying or reproducing any part of the software, source code, or UI design — in whole or in part
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Rebranding or reselling this platform or any derivative work under a different name
• Creating competing products substantially based on or inspired by this platform's proprietary features
• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk downloading data, pricing, or content from the platform
• Using automated scripts or bots to access or abuse the platform's APIs

6.2 Limited License

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for their own stone fabrication business operations. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, modify, or distribute the Service.

6.3 Enforcement

Violations of this section will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to civil and criminal legal action including claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of legal costs. ASToneTech reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies under Indian and international law.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall A Stone Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Payment and Billing

Any fees for using the Service will be clearly communicated. Users are responsible for timely payment of all applicable fees. Late payments may result in service suspension.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Users may terminate their account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
